About Us:
Ministry of Faces is a multi award winning luxury aesthetics clinic specialising in non-surgical treatments designed to help our clients feel confident and rejuvenated. Known for our high standards of care and personalised client experience, we are seeking a proactive and professional part-time receptionist to join our small and friendly team.
Role Overview:
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring every client feels welcomed and supported from the moment they get in touch. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, client-focused, and passionate about the beauty and aesthetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Responding promptly to client messages and enquiries across various platforms (phone, email, text, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok etc).

Phone Management: Answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, addressing questions, and scheduling appointments.

Appointment Management: Booking, rescheduling, and managing appointments through our booking system.

Client Care: Welcoming clients upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.

Treatment Information: Providing detailed and accurate information about our treatments and services, answering any client queries.

Administrative Tasks: Maintaining a clean and organised reception area, managing payments, and updating client records as needed.

As part of a dynamic and growing clinic, you may also be asked to assist with other tasks and responsibilities depending on the needs of the business. This could include supporting social media efforts, helping with event preparation, or assisting with stock organisation.
Skills and Experience:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.

Experience in a customer facing role (preferably within the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industries).

Proficient in using booking systems and managing administrative tasks.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A professional and approachable demeanour.
