Booking and Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces
At Ministry of Faces, we take pride in providing every client with the highest level of care and professionalism. To ensure appointments run smoothly and fairly, the following terms apply to all bookings. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Booking Fee
-
A £50 booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
-
This fee is deducted from your treatment cost on the day.
-
If you attend your appointment but, after consultation, decide not to go ahead with treatment, the booking fee will be refunded.
-
Under all other circumstances, booking fees are strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

-
Clients must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
-
You may reschedule once only; further changes require a new booking and booking fee.
-
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without prior communication, will result in the loss of your booking fee and may result in the full treatment fee being charged.
-
If Ministry of Faces needs to reschedule your appointment, your booking fee will be rolled over to the next available slot.

Late Arrivals

-
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
-
If you are more than 5 minutes late, we reserve the right not to proceed with treatment as this causes delays to following clients.
-
In these cases, your booking fee will be forfeited and the full treatment fee may still be charged.

Age & Identification

-
Clients must be 18 years or older at the time of treatment.
-
A valid photo ID is required at every appointment. Failure to present ID will result in cancellation of your appointment and the booking fee being forfeited.

Children & Guests

-
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the clinic under any circumstances. This is a strict condition of our insurance policy.
-
Appointments are to be attended alone. Friends, partners, or guests are not permitted to accompany clients. If additional guests attend, we reserve the right to refuse treatment and your booking fee will be lost.

Payments

-
We accept cash, debit card, credit card, and Apple Pay.
-
ClearPay is available in-clinic to pay treatment balances. A 6% service fee will be applied to the total treatment price when using ClearPay. Clients must review ClearPay’s own terms before choosing this option.
-
We also offer in-house payment plans for larger treatments:
– Treatments over £300 may be spread across 3 months.
– Treatments over £500 may be spread across 6 months.
-
All booking fees are processed through PayPal or Stripe. Both apply non-refundable processing fees.
-
Any attempt to reverse or charge back a payment will be challenged legally. Ministry of Faces will supply PayPal, banks, and legal representatives with evidence of your acceptance of these terms at the time of booking.

Final Terms

-
By booking, you agree that all fees and deposits are non-refundable except in the circumstances outlined above.
-
Ministry of Faces reserves the right to refuse treatment if these terms are not met.
-
These policies exist to protect our time, resources, and clients, and to ensure that every appointment runs smoothly and fairly.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to welcoming you to the clinic.
