Important – Anti-Wrinkle Consultation Due to new legislation from June 2025, all clients must attend an in-person consultation with our nurse prescriber before having any anti-wrinkle treatment. This is a legal requirement, even if you’ve had treatment with us before. Please make sure to book a separate ‘Botox Consultation’ first. It’s a quick 10-minute appointment to assess medical suitability and issue your prescription. Cosmetic advice and planning will be discussed on your main treatment day. Consultation & Flexibility As with all treatments at Ministry of Faces, your appointment begins with a full consultation. We’ll assess your face, talk through your goals, and put together a personalised plan. If you change your mind, your deposit can be refunded. And if you book the wrong thing, don’t worry, bookings are just a guide and can always be adjusted on the day. What’s Included This package includes two areas of dermal filler and two areas of premium anti-wrinkle injections. It’s perfect for clients looking to smooth expression lines while restoring structure and volume elsewhere in the face. The total price is £590, saving you up to £220 compared to booking all treatments separately. How It Works Filler areas can include lips, chin, cheeks, jawline, smile lines or jowls. Whether you’re after definition, lift, or subtle plumping, we’ll guide you on the best areas to enhance based on your face. Premium anti-wrinkle injections can be used across common areas such as the forehead, frown lines and crow’s feet to soften movement and reduce creasing. Products Used We use CE-marked, hyaluronic acid-based fillers (Revolax, Nexfill, Teoxane) and prescription-only wrinkle-relaxing toxin. Your practitioner will select the right product and placement technique for your face. Pain & Downtime We use strong numbing cream for filler areas to minimise discomfort. Mild swelling or bruising may occur and usually settles within a few days. Anti-wrinkle treatment is quick and has no downtime. Results & Longevity Filler results are instant, with full settling in 1–2 weeks and lasting 6–18 months depending on the area. Anti-wrinkle results develop over a few days, peak at two weeks, and last around 2–4 months. Got Questions? Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
