Important – Anti-Wrinkle Consultation Due to new legislation from June 2025, all clients must attend an in-person consultation with our nurse prescriber before having any anti-wrinkle treatment. This is a legal requirement, even if you’ve had treatment with us before. Please make sure to book a separate ‘Botox Consultation’ first. It’s a quick 10-minute appointment to assess medical suitability and issue your prescription. Your practitioner will go through aesthetic goals and treatment planning during your main appointment. Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment will begin with a full consultation where we assess your facial structure, talk through your goals, and plan the best combination of treatments for you. If you change your mind after the consultation, your deposit can be refunded and if you’ve booked the wrong size package, don’t worry, our appointments can be adapted on the day. What’s Included This package includes three areas of dermal filler and three areas of premium anti-wrinkle injections. It’s a powerful all-in-one solution to restore volume, contour the face, and smooth lines and wrinkles, perfect for clients looking to achieve a noticeable yet natural refresh. The total cost is £720, saving you up to £290 compared to booking each treatment separately. How It Works Filler areas can include lips, chin, cheeks, jawline, smile lines, nasolabial folds or jowls. Your practitioner will help you choose the most impactful combination based on your facial anatomy. Premium anti-wrinkle injections can be used on the forehead, frown lines, and crow’s feet, softening movement and preventing lines from deepening while still allowing natural expression. Products Used We use hyaluronic acid-based fillers from Revolax, Nexfill, and Teoxane, and prescription-only wrinkle-relaxing toxin administered by our medical team. Pain & Downtime We apply a strong numbing cream for the filler areas, and use precise, gentle techniques to keep discomfort minimal. Some mild swelling or bruising is normal, particularly around the lips or jawline. Anti-wrinkle injections involve no downtime and minimal discomfort. Results & Longevity Filler results are immediate, with full settling in 1–2 weeks and lasting 6–18 months depending on the area. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
