Consultation & Flexibility Every appointment includes a full consultation at the start so we can assess your face, talk through your goals, and make sure the plan is right for you. If you change your mind, your deposit can be refunded. And if you book the wrong size package, don’t worry, our bookings are just a guide and can be adapted on the day. What’s Included This package includes four areas of dermal filler, chosen based on your facial structure and what you’d like to achieve. It’s perfect for clients looking to make a more noticeable improvement while still keeping things natural and balanced. The total cost is £650, saving you up to £380 compared to booking each area individually. How It Works You can use this package toward a mix of areas such as lips, chin, cheeks, jawline, smile lines, nasolabial folds, or jowls. Whether you’re focusing on facial slimming and definition or volume restoration and anti-ageing, we’ll guide you on the day to select the best areas for your features and goals. Products Used We use CE-marked hyaluronic acid-based fillers from trusted brands like Revolax, Nexfill and Teoxane. The product and technique will be chosen by your practitioner on the day to ensure safe, effective, and natural-looking results tailored to your face. Pain & Downtime Numbing cream is applied before treatment to keep you comfortable. Some areas may involve mild swelling or bruising, especially around the jawline or lips, but this typically settles within a few days. Results & Longevity You’ll see your results straight away, with final settling within 1–2 weeks. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
