Consultation & Flexibility Every appointment includes a full consultation at the start so we can assess your face, talk through your goals, and make sure the plan is right for you. If you change your mind, your deposit can be refunded. And if you book the wrong size package, don’t worry, our bookings are just a guide and can be adapted on the day. What’s Included This is our most comprehensive filler package, including eight areas of dermal filler to create a complete refresh, sculpt and contour the face, and restore volume where it’s needed most. It’s perfect for clients looking to enhance multiple features while still keeping results elegant, natural, and in proportion. The total cost is £1,090, saving you up to £470 compared to booking each area separately. How It Works This package can be used across areas such as lips, chin, cheeks, jawline, smile lines, nasolabial folds, jowls, and even minor nose adjustments. Your practitioner will guide you on the day, selecting the best areas to treat in harmony with your natural features to achieve balance, lift, and structure, all tailored to your face. Products Used We use CE-marked hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers from trusted brands including Revolax, Teoxane and Nexfill. The product and technique are chosen based on your facial anatomy and the result you want to achieve, whether that’s profile refinement, facial balancing or age-related restoration. Pain & Downtime We apply strong numbing cream before treatment, and use advanced techniques to minimise discomfort. Some swelling or bruising may occur depending on the area, but most clients feel confident returning to normal activities within a couple of days. Results & Longevity Results are visible immediately, with full settling within 1–2 weeks. Longevity varies depending on the area, cheeks, chin and jawline typically last 9–18 months, while lips and nasolabial folds may last 6–12 months. Got Questions? Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
