Important — Please Read Before Booking Due to new legislation effective from June 2025, all clients must attend a face-to-face consultation with our nurse prescriber before receiving any Botox treatments. This is a legal requirement and applies even if you’ve had the treatment before. To avoid being turned away, please make sure you book a ‘Botox Consultation’ first. This is a quick 10-minute appointment to assess your suitability and issue a prescription. Cosmetic questions can be discussed on treatment day, this consultation is for medical clearance only. Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment begins with a full consultation to assess your concerns, explain the treatment, and confirm that you’re suitable. If you change your mind, your deposit can be refunded. If you’ve booked the wrong treatment, we can always adjust or swap it on the day. What’s Included This treatment involves injecting a safe, prescription-only toxin into the underarms to reduce excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis). It’s ideal for those struggling with sweat patches, odour, or discomfort caused by overactive sweat glands, whether daily or situational. How It Works Tiny injections are placed just beneath the skin in the underarm area. The product works by temporarily blocking the nerve signals that trigger the sweat glands. As a result, sweating is significantly reduced in the treated area while the rest of your body continues to function normally. Products Used We use a premium, CE-marked anti-wrinkle toxin that is widely used in medical and cosmetic treatments. It is safe, effective, and approved for treating hyperhidrosis when administered by qualified professionals. Does It Hurt? Most clients find this treatment very tolerable. A numbing cream can be applied beforehand if you’re sensitive. The procedure takes around 15 minutes and discomfort is minimal. Downtime & Healing There’s no real downtime. You may have small bumps, tenderness or redness immediately after, but these settle quickly. Most clients resume normal activities straight after treatment. Results & Longevity Results develop over 7–10 days, with sweating significantly reduced for around 2–4 months. Many clients wish they had tried this sooner due to the impact it has on confidence and comfort. Got Questions? Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
