Important — Please Read Before Booking Due to current requirements, all clients must attend a face-to-face consultation with our nurse prescriber before receiving anti-wrinkle treatments. This applies even if you’ve had treatment previously. To avoid being turned away, please ensure you book a ‘Consultation’ first. This is a short appointment to assess suitability and complete the necessary prescribing step. Treatment-specific questions can be discussed on the day. Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment begins with a consultation to discuss your goals, explain the treatment, and confirm suitability. If you change your mind, your deposit can be refunded. If you’ve booked the wrong treatment, we can adjust this on the day. What’s Included This treatment involves a series of small injections in the underarm area using a prescription-only product. It is commonly chosen by clients looking to reduce visible sweating and improve day-to-day comfort and confidence. How It Works Tiny injections are placed just beneath the skin in the underarm area. The product works by temporarily reducing the activity of the sweat glands in the treated area, helping to minimise visible moisture. Products Used We use a premium, CE-marked anti-wrinkle product that is widely used in aesthetic treatments. All treatments are carried out by qualified professionals in a safe clinical setting. Does It Hurt? Most clients find this treatment very manageable. A numbing cream can be applied beforehand if preferred. The procedure takes around 15 minutes and discomfort is minimal. Downtime & Healing There’s no significant downtime. You may notice small bumps, redness or tenderness immediately after treatment, but these usually settle quickly. Most clients return to normal activities straight away. Results & Longevity Results typically develop over 7–10 days, with many clients noticing reduced sweating in the treated area for several months. Individual results can vary. Got Questions? Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
