Important - Please Read From June 2025, all clients must attend a face-to-face consultation with our nurse prescriber before having any anti-wrinkle treatments. This is a legal requirement, even if you’ve had treatment with us before. To avoid being turned away on the day, please book a ‘Botox Consultation’ in advance. This is a quick 10-minute appointment to assess medical suitability and issue your prescription. This consultation is medical-only, your treatment plan will be discussed on the day with your practitioner. Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment includes a full cosmetic consultation to assess your facial movement, talk through your goals, and confirm if Baby Botox is right for you. If you change your mind or decide to switch to another treatment, your deposit is refundable or transferable on the day. What’s Included Baby Botox is our lightest form of anti-wrinkle treatment, perfect if you want to soften fine lines without freezing your expression. It’s ideal for first-timers, younger clients, or anyone looking for a fresh, subtle result. It uses smaller doses of Botox to gently reduce movement in high-expression areas like the forehead, frown lines, and crow’s feet, while keeping your natural look intact. How It Works Tiny micro-doses of Botox are placed into the facial muscles to calm overactivity and help smooth out early lines. The result is a more rested, refreshed look, without looking ‘done.’ Products Used We use genuine Botox, a prescription-only product approved in the UK and known for its quality, safety and performance. The dosage is adjusted to give a softer, more natural finish. Does It Hurt? Treatment is quick and well-tolerated. Most clients feel only a slight scratch, and no numbing is needed. Downtime & Healing There’s little to no downtime. You may have slight redness or small bumps at the injection sites, but these usually settle within 30 minutes. Full aftercare guidance is provided. Results & Longevity Results appear gradually over 3–10 days and last around 6–10 weeks, depending on your metabolism and movement. It fades subtly over time, making it great for those who want a low-commitment option. Sessions & Suitability Suitable for anyone looking to prevent or soften fine lines with a very natural finish. A prescription consultation must be completed before booking your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
