Consultation & Flexibility Every appointment starts with a full consultation so we can assess your face properly, understand your concerns, and help you decide how you’d like to use your gift card. If you’re unsure what to book or have a few ideas in mind, we’ll talk everything through on the day and adjust your appointment accordingly. How It Works This booking is for clients who have received a physical Remend gift card. There’s no digital code needed, just bring your gift card with you on the day, and we’ll apply the value to your chosen treatment(s) in clinic. If the treatment price is higher than your gift card value, you can simply pay the remaining balance in clinic at your appointment. You’re also more than welcome to spread the value of your voucher across multiple treatments, just let us know how you’d like to use it. What’s Included This booking includes a full consultation, where one of our experienced practitioners will assess your features, go through your areas of interest, and recommend the most suitable treatments to help you reach your goals, whether that’s filler, wrinkle reduction, skin boosters or something else entirely. Before You Book When prompted on the next page, please state which treatment(s) you’re hoping to receive under the section “If you wish to have more than one treatment on the day, please state here.” This helps us prepare the right amount of time and product for your appointment. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
