Service Description
Consultation & Flexibility This is a MANDATORY, medical-only consultation that must be booked before having any Botox treatment at the clinic. If you decide not to proceed with treatment afterwards, your deposit can be refunded. Please note, this is not the same as a general consultation. What’s Included This is a 10-minute, in-person consultation with one of our qualified prescribers, as legally required for all clients receiving anti-wrinkle injections (commonly known as Botox). Even if you’ve had treatment with us before, UK law now requires a prescription to be issued in-clinic ahead of every new course of treatment. How It Works We will assess your medical history, check for any contraindications, and confirm that you are suitable for treatment from a medical perspective. If approved, a prescription will be issued to allow your anti-wrinkle treatment to go ahead. This consultation does not involve any aesthetic advice or cosmetic planning, that part happens during your actual treatment appointment with your practitioner. Products Used No treatment is performed during this consultation. If approved, your prescription will cover the safe use of a premium, prescription-only anti-wrinkle product for use during your upcoming appointment. Does It Hurt? There are no injections during this appointment, it’s a relaxed and professional sit-down with our prescriber to run through your medical suitability. Sessions & Suitability This must be booked before any anti-wrinkle appointment, regardless of whether you’re a new or returning client. It ensures your treatment is medically appropriate and legally compliant. Got Questions? Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
