Important - Please Read From June 2025, all clients must attend a face-to-face consultation with our nurse prescriber before receiving any anti-wrinkle treatments. This is a legal requirement, even if you’ve had the treatment with us before. To avoid being turned away on the day, please make sure you book a ‘Botox Consultation’ in advance. This is a quick 10-minute appointment at the clinic where we assess medical suitability and complete your prescription. This consultation is medical-only, cosmetic goals will be discussed with your practitioner on the day of your treatment. Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment includes a full cosmetic consultation where we assess your facial movement, brow position and treatment goals to make sure a brow lift is right for you. If you change your mind or choose a different option, your deposit is fully refundable or transferable on the day. What’s Included The brow lift is a non-surgical option for lifting and opening up the eye area by relaxing the muscle that pulls the brow down, the orbicularis oculi. By softening this muscle, the opposing frontalis muscle (which lifts the brow) works unopposed, creating a natural, upward lift to the outer brow and lid area. This treatment is ideal if you feel your brows sit low or flat, want more arch or height, or if you’ve noticed hooding or heaviness in the upper eyelid. It’s also popular with clients over 40 who want a more awake look without surgery. How It Works Precise micro-doses are injected just below the eyebrow and in key points around the upper face. This relaxes the downward pull, allowing the brow to sit higher and the eyes to appear more open and lifted. Products Used We use genuine Botox, a trusted, prescription-only product licensed in the UK. Your practitioner will tailor the placement based on your face and goals. Does It Hurt? Most clients find this treatment very manageable. The injections are quick and feel like a small scratch, no numbing is required. Downtime & Healing There’s minimal downtime. You may experience small bumps or light redness at the injection sites, which usually settle within 30 minutes. You’ll be given full aftercare instructions during your visit. Results & Longevity You’ll start to see results between 3–10 days, with the final lift visible within two weeks. Results typically last 2–4 months. Sessions & Suitability This treatment is suitable for anyone looking to lift the brow area or reduce heaviness around the eyes.
Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
