Important Notice - Please Read Before Booking Due to new legislation effective from June 2025, all clients must attend a face-to-face consultation with our nurse prescriber before receiving any Botox treatments. This is a legal requirement, even if you’ve had treatment with us before. To avoid being turned away on the day, please make sure you book a ‘Botox Consultation’ first. This is a quick 10-minute appointment at the clinic to assess suitability and complete your prescription. Please note: this consultation is only to assess your medical suitability, not cosmetic preferences. Once prescribed, you’ll then be able to book in for treatment. Consultation & Flexibility Every appointment starts with a full cosmetic consultation to assess your facial movement, discuss your goals, and ensure the treatment is right for you. If you change your mind after the consultation, your deposit can be refunded. Don’t worry if you book the wrong area as we can always adjust or combine areas on the day. What’s Included This treatment targets the small diagonal lines that appear at the sides of the nose when you scrunch or smile, often called “bunny lines.” These fine lines can become more noticeable over time and may make the face look tense or aged. Using a small amount of Botox, we can soften this area for a smoother, more youthful appearance. How It Works Tiny amounts of Botox product are precisely injected into the nasalis muscle, the muscle responsible for bunny line movement. This reduces overactivity in the area, allowing the skin to appear more relaxed without affecting natural facial expressions. Products Used We use prescription-only botulinum toxin, prescribed specifically for you by one of our registered medical professionals. Does It Hurt? Most clients find this treatment very quick and comfortable. A fine needle is used and you may feel a small pinch, but discomfort is minimal and over in seconds. Downtime & Healing There’s little to no downtime. Some clients may experience minor redness or slight swelling at the injection site, but this usually fades within a few hours. Results & Longevity Results begin to appear within 3–5 days, with full results at around 2 weeks. The effect typically lasts around 2–4 months depending on your muscle strength and lifestyle. Sessions & Suitability This treatment is perfect if you’ve started to notice visible lines across your nose or want to prevent them from deepening further.






Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
