Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment starts with a full consultation to assess your facial structure and goals. If you decide not to go ahead, your deposit can be refunded. If you’ve booked the wrong thing, we can always adjust or swap your treatment on the day. What’s Included This treatment includes 1ml of cheek filler to add subtle lift and shape. It’s perfect for enhancing the cheekbones, lifting the mid-face, and creating a more defined facial contour, with results that can be as natural or sculpted as you’d like. How It Works Using hyaluronic acid dermal filler, we restore volume in the cheek area and create the illusion of a more prominent bone structure. This not only enhances the cheeks themselves, but also lifts the lower face slightly, reducing the appearance of smile lines and improving overall symmetry. Products Used We use hyaluronic acid-based fillers such as Revolax or Nexfill, selected for their quality, longevity, and ability to hold structure in the mid-face. The exact product is chosen on the day depending on your anatomy and desired result. Does It Hurt? The treatment is quick and comfortable. Numbing cream is applied beforehand, and we use techniques that minimise discomfort. Most clients feel only light pressure or a small scratch during the injections. Downtime & Healing You may experience mild swelling, tenderness or light bruising in the cheek area. These effects usually settle within a few days. We’ll provide full aftercare advice and you can resume most daily activities straight after your appointment. Results & Longevity Results are visible immediately and continue to settle over the first 1–2 weeks. Cheek filler typically lasts between 9–12 months depending on your individual metabolism and the product used. Sessions & Suitability This amount of filler offers a subtle lift and is ideal for clients with naturally low volume in the cheeks or those who are new to filler. It’s particularly suited to younger clients or anyone looking to restore gentle structure without over-enhancement. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
