onsultation & Flexibility Every appointment starts with a full consultation to assess your face and goals. If you decide not to go ahead, your deposit can be refunded. If you’ve booked the wrong thing, don’t worry, your treatment can always be adjusted or swapped on the day. What’s Included This treatment includes 2ml of cheek filler to enhance and sculpt the cheekbones with a more defined lift. It’s ideal for those looking for noticeable structure, improved side profile, and overall facial contouring without surgery. How It Works We use hyaluronic acid dermal filler to add volume and shape to the cheeks, creating the illusion of a higher, more defined bone structure. 2ml allows for more sculpting than the 1ml option and can also provide some lift to the lower face, softening smile lines and improving facial balance. Products Used We use CE-marked, hyaluronic acid-based fillers such as Revolax or Nexfill, chosen for their ability to hold shape and structure in the mid-face. The exact product is selected on the day based on your anatomy and desired result. Does It Hurt? The treatment is well tolerated. We apply numbing cream before starting and use advanced techniques to reduce discomfort. Most clients describe it as mild pressure or a light pinch during injections. Downtime & Healing Mild swelling, tenderness or small bruises can occur after cheek filler, especially with higher volumes. These effects usually settle within a few days. You’ll receive full aftercare advice in clinic. Results & Longevity Results are immediate and settle over the next 1–2 weeks. You’ll see lifted, more defined cheeks and improved structure through the mid-face. Filler longevity in this area is excellent, usually around 9–12 months depending on your lifestyle and metabolism. Sessions & Suitability 2ml is suited to clients wanting a more visible lift or those with less natural volume in the cheeks. It’s also a great option for rebalancing facial proportions, especially when combined with chin or jaw filler. If you’ve previously had 1ml and want more structure, this is a great next step. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
