Consultation & Flexibility As with all of our treatments, your appointment will begin with a full consultation to assess your face, answer any questions, and make sure the plan feels right for you. If you change your mind after the consultation, your deposit can be refunded. Don’t worry if you’ve booked the wrong thing, our appointments are just a guide and can always be adjusted on the day. What’s Included This package includes two of our most popular mid-face filler treatments: Cheek Filler and Smile Line (nasolabial fold) Filler. These areas work beautifully together to lift and smooth the face, restore lost volume, and refresh your overall appearance. The package costs £370, saving you £110 compared to booking the treatments separately. How It Works Cheek Filler helps to restore structure, lift, and contour to the mid-face. As we age or lose volume, the cheeks can begin to flatten or drop, which can make the lower face appear heavier. By adding subtle support higher up in the face, we can create a lifted, more sculpted appearance and improve definition. Smile Line Filler works by gently softening the creases that run from the corners of the nose to the mouth. These lines can deepen with age or weight loss, but are also present naturally in many people. Instead of completely erasing them, we use filler to subtly lift and smooth the area, leaving the face looking fresher and more youthful while still maintaining movement and natural expression. Products Used We use high-quality, CE-marked hyaluronic acid fillers such as Revolax and Nexfill. Your practitioner will choose the best option based on your skin type, anatomy, and desired results. Pain & Downtime We apply strong numbing cream before the treatment, and use advanced techniques to keep discomfort minimal. Some clients may experience light swelling or bruising around the injection points, but this usually settles within a few days. Results & Longevity Results can be seen immediately, with final settling taking place over the first 1–2 weeks. Cheek filler typically lasts between 9–12 months, while smile line filler lasts around 6–12 months depending on your metabolism and lifestyle. Got Questions? Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
