Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment includes a full consultation to assess your face, understand your goals, and confirm whether chin crease filler is the right treatment for you. If you change your mind or decide on something different, your deposit can be refunded or transferred to another treatment on the day. What’s Included This treatment focuses on smoothing the crease between the lower lip and the chin, a line that can deepen over time due to age, volume loss, or certain facial shapes. For many, this crease creates a shadow that draws attention to the lower face or makes the chin appear shorter or more pronounced. By placing a small amount of dermal filler into the area, we can soften the line, restore lost volume, and create a more even, contoured lower face. The result is subtle but effective, brightening the area and making the overall face look fresher and more refined. How It Works Dermal filler is carefully injected into the crease to lift and smooth the indentation. The area is assessed on the day and adjusted depending on how deep the fold is and how your facial muscles move. This treatment can be done on its own or alongside other lower face treatments like chin or jaw filler for a more comprehensive result. Does It Hurt? Discomfort is minimal. The injections are quick, and we use numbing cream and gentle techniques to keep things as comfortable as possible throughout. Downtime & Healing You may experience some mild swelling or a small bruise, but most clients carry on with their day as normal. You’ll be given full aftercare advice to help with healing. Results & Longevity Results are visible straight away, with the crease appearing softer and the chin area looking smoother. The final result settles over the following 1–2 weeks and typically lasts around 9–12 months. Sessions & Suitability Chin crease filler is suitable for anyone bothered by the indentation just below the lower lip. A small amount of filler is often enough to create a visible improvement but we’ll assess everything during your consultation and guide you from there.
Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
