Important Notice - Please Read Before Booking Due to new legislation effective from June 2025, all clients must attend a face-to-face consultation with our nurse prescriber before receiving any Botox treatments. This is a legal requirement and applies even if you’ve had treatment with us before. To avoid being turned away on the day, please make sure you book a ‘Botox Consultation’ first. This is a quick 10-minute appointment at the clinic where we’ll assess your suitability and complete your prescription. Please save any cosmetic questions for your practitioner on the day. This consultation is to assess medical suitability only. Once prescribed, you’ll then be able to book in for treatment. Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment will always begin with a full cosmetic consultation to assess your facial movement, muscle activity and overall suitability for treatment. If you decide not to go ahead, your deposit can be refunded, and you’re always welcome to switch or adjust treatments on the day. What’s Included This treatment is designed to smooth out a dimpled or “pebble” chin, caused by an overactive mentalis muscle. The appearance of these dimples is often more noticeable during facial expressions like speaking or smiling, and becomes more prominent with age. How It Works We use a small amount of muscle-relaxing product (Botox) to calm the mentalis muscle, the one that causes the chin to scrunch and contract. By relaxing this muscle, the surface of the chin appears smoother, softer and more youthful. In suitable clients, it can subtly rejuvenate the entire lower face without adding volume or filler. Products Used We only use prescription-strength, UK-regulated Botox products. Does It Hurt? The treatment itself is very quick and most clients find it extremely manageable. A tiny needle is used and numbing can be applied beforehand if needed. Downtime & Healing There’s very little downtime with this treatment. You may experience a slight redness or tiny bump at the injection site, which usually disappears within a few hours. Full aftercare will be provided. Results & Longevity Results gradually appear over 3–5 days and reach their full effect in about two weeks. The smoothness can last 2–4 months, depending on your facial movement and individual response. Sessions & Suitability Perfect for clients who feel their chin looks overly textured, bumpy or animated when talking or resting and want a softer, more refined finish without filler.
Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
