If you change your mind, decide to go for another treatment or would like to add a treatment on, that’s absolutely fine, your deposit is refundable and treatments can be adjusted or swapped on the day. How It Works Using a high-quality hyaluronic acid-based filler, we place product precisely into the chin to create a natural forward projection. Products Used We use CE-marked hyaluronic acid fillers chosen for their safety, longevity and ability to integrate beautifully into the skin. Brands may include Revolax or Nexfill, your practitioner will select the most suitable option based on your anatomy and desired outcome. Does It Hurt? Most clients find chin filler very tolerable. A strong numbing cream is applied beforehand, and the treatment is quick. You may feel slight pressure or a dull ache, but any discomfort is minimal and temporary. Downtime & Healing There may be mild swelling, tenderness or light bruising, which usually settles within a few days. We’ll give you full aftercare guidance to support healing and reduce downtime. Results & Longevity Results are visible immediately and continue to settle over 1–2 weeks. Most clients enjoy results for 9–12 months depending on lifestyle and metabolism. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
