Service Description

Important – Dissolving Consultation Required Due to new safety guidelines, all clients must attend an in-person consultation before having any filler dissolved. This is a legal and clinical requirement, even if you’ve had dissolving before. Please make sure to book a separate ‘Filler Dissolving Consultation’ first. This is a quick 10-minute appointment where we’ll assess your medical history, check for any risks or contraindications, and order your dissolving product. Cosmetic planning will be done during your main dissolving appointment. Consultation & Flexibility Every treatment starts with a full consultation to assess your lips, discuss your goals, and make sure this package is right for you. If you change your mind, your deposit can be refunded. And if you’ve booked the wrong thing, don’t worry, we can adjust everything on the day. What’s Included This package includes both a dissolving treatment and a fresh 1ml lip filler appointment. These are booked separately with a minimum 2–3 week gap to allow your lips to settle fully between appointments. It’s ideal for anyone wanting a full reset, whether to correct migration, remove old product, or completely refresh their shape. How It Works At your first appointment, we’ll dissolve your previous filler using hyaluronidase, a safe, effective product that breaks down existing filler. Once healed, you’ll return for your new lip filler appointment. You can choose between Signature 1ml for soft, natural volume, or Russian 1ml for a more defined, lifted look. Your practitioner will guide you on the best choice for your lip shape and goals. Products Used We use CE-marked dissolving agent (hyaluronidase) and premium dermal fillers such as Revolax and Teoxane. Your filler product will be chosen based on your lip structure and the result you’re aiming for. Pain & Downtime Dissolving can cause some stinging or swelling and may bruise slightly. Filler typically causes temporary swelling or tenderness. We provide full aftercare guidance after both treatments. Important Info The full package price must be paid at your dissolving appointment to secure your refill slot. When booking your refill, just select ‘lip refill’ and we’ll take care of the rest. Cancellation Policy

Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
