Important — Please Read Before Booking This is a mandatory medical consultation that must be booked before having any filler dissolving treatment. It is a legal requirement, even if you’ve had filler dissolving before. This is not a general consultation, it is purely for medical assessment and prescription purposes. If you want to ask aesthetic questions or get advice on future treatments, please book a separate general consultation. This appointment is for medical clearance only and does not include dissolving treatment. Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment begins with a short, in-person consultation with our prescriber to assess whether dissolving is safe and appropriate for you from a medical standpoint. If you decide not to proceed afterwards, your deposit can be refunded. If you’ve booked the wrong appointment, we can adjust or swap it on the day. What’s Included This is a 10-minute medical consultation required before any hyaluronidase (filler dissolving) can be prescribed. You’ll meet with a qualified prescriber who will check your medical history, assess the area of concern, and confirm that it’s safe to proceed. This is a legal requirement for all clinics using prescription-only dissolving products. How It Works We’ll review your medical background, check for allergies (especially to bee venom), and assess the area you want to dissolve. If suitable, we’ll issue a prescription for hyaluronidase, which allows your dissolving treatment to go ahead in a separate appointment. Products Used No dissolving takes place during this appointment. If prescribed, we use a prescription-only form of hyaluronidase that safely breaks down hyaluronic acid filler in the body. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
