Service Description
Due to updated regulations, all anti-wrinkle treatments must now be prescribed in person by a qualified prescriber. This applies to both new and returning clients, even if you’ve had the treatment before. During your consultation, a prescriber will assess your suitability, discuss your concerns and treatment goals, and issue a personalised prescription if appropriate. This ensures your treatment is safe, fully compliant, and right for your individual needs. Please note: Without this consultation, we legally cannot carry out your anti-wrinkle treatment on the day of your appointment. This is for ALL DISSOLVE APPOINTMENTS, no exceptions. Disclaimer: This is a consultation-only appointment. You will not be treated during this appointment.
Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment at Ministry of Faces, you agree to the following terms: Clients must not attend with children under the age of 18. This is for the comfort of all clients and due to insurance restrictions. If you arrive with a child, your treatment will be cancelled, and your booking fee will be lost. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your treatment total. If you need to reschedule or cancel, at least 48 hours’ notice is required or your booking fee will be forfeited. If you are taking antibiotics for an oral or facial infection, you must wait at least two weeks after completing the course before we can proceed with treatment. Failure to meet any of the above terms may result in being turned away on the day. By booking, you confirm that you understand and accept this policy.
