Service Description
~~~ Due to new legislation effective from June 2025, all clients must attend a face-to-face consultation with our nurse prescriber before receiving any filler dissolving treatments. This is a legal requirement and applies even if you’ve had treatment with us before. To avoid being turned away on the day, please make sure you book a ‘Filler Dissolve Consultation’ first. This is a quick 10-minute appointment at the clinic where we’ll assess suitability, complete your prescription. Please save your questions to ask your practitioner on the day of your treatment. This consultation is only to assess your suitability from a medical stand point not a cosmetic standpoint. Once prescribed, you’ll then be able to book in for treatment ~~~ This particular treatment is ideally suited for individuals who are interested in dissolving their previous dermal fillers. We recommend that you allow at least two weeks to elapse before scheduling a refill appointment, in order to ensure that all previous filler has dissolve and any residual inflammation has subsided. This will help to optimise the results of the subsequent filler treatment.
Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment at Ministry of Faces, you agree to the following terms: Clients must not attend with children under the age of 18. This is for the comfort of all clients and due to insurance restrictions. If you arrive with a child, your treatment will be cancelled, and your booking fee will be lost. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your treatment total. If you need to reschedule or cancel, at least 48 hours’ notice is required or your booking fee will be forfeited. If you are taking antibiotics for an oral or facial infection, you must wait at least two weeks after completing the course before we can proceed with treatment. Failure to meet any of the above terms may result in being turned away on the day. By booking, you confirm that you understand and accept this policy.
