Consultation & Flexibility This appointment is for clients who’d like to come in for a standalone consultation without treatment. It’s perfect if you’re unsure which option is right for you, want to chat through your goals in person, or prefer to meet your practitioner before committing to anything. If you change your mind on the day or decide you’re ready to go ahead with a treatment instead, your deposit can be transferred or refunded accordingly. What’s Included During this consultation, your practitioner will assess your face in detail, discuss your concerns, and recommend which treatments would be most suitable for your features, goals, and anatomy. Whether you’re thinking about filler, skin boosters, or simply don’t know where to start, we’ll guide you through all the options honestly and professionally. This consultation does not include any treatment, it is a talking appointment only. Important Notes This is not a Botox consultation. Botox (and other anti-wrinkle injections) require a medical prescription consultation with one of our prescribers, which must be booked separately under ‘Botox Consultation’. Please do not use this appointment for anti-wrinkle prescriptions. If you’re already sure of the treatment you’d like, there’s no need to book a separate consultation, a full consultation is included at the beginning of every appointment anyway. Simply book the treatment you’re interested in, and we’ll go through everything on the day. Deposit Info The consultation fee is taken as a deposit and will be taken off the cost of any treatment you go ahead with, either on the day or in future. Sessions & Suitability Ideal for anyone who’s unsure where to start, wants a second opinion, or prefers to speak in person before committing to a treatment plan.
Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
