Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment starts with a full consultation where we assess your skin and go through your goals. We’ll recommend the most suitable injectable skin care product for your needs. If you decide not to go ahead, your deposit is refundable. Treatments can also be swapped or adjusted on the day, so don't worry about selecting the wrong one. What’s Included This treatment includes a full session using one of our premium injectable skin boosters. These are not volumising fillers, they’re designed to nourish and revitalise the skin from within, improving texture, hydration, and natural glow. Ideal for dullness, dryness, crepey skin, fine lines and overall skin fatigue. How It Works Injectable boosters are packed with ingredients like hyaluronic acid, amino acids, peptides and antioxidants. Once injected, they stimulate collagen, increase hydration, and repair skin cells from the inside out. Skin becomes firmer, smoother and more radiant over time, with visibly improved texture and tone. Products Used We offer CE-marked boosters including Seventy Hyal, Profhilo, Jalupro, Ameela and more. Each one targets slightly different concerns, from full-face hydration to delicate under-eye rejuvenation, and we’ll guide you to the best fit during your consultation. Does It Hurt? A numbing cream is applied before treatment. You may feel slight pressure or pinching in some areas, but the process is quick, and most clients find it very manageable. Downtime & Healing You may experience some mild swelling, redness or small bumps at the injection points, especially under the eyes. These effects usually settle within 24–48 hours. Results & Longevity You’ll begin to notice a fresher, more hydrated complexion within the first 1–2 weeks. For long-lasting results, a course of 3 sessions is recommended, with top-ups every few months. Effects usually last 3–6 months depending on the product and your skin’s condition. Sessions & Suitability This treatment is suitable for all skin types and ages, whether you’re looking to restore radiance or support long-term skin health. It can also be combined with other treatments like filler or microneedling for enhanced glow and collagen support. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
