Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment begins with a full consultation so we can assess your facial structure and goals. If you change your mind after your consultation, your deposit can be refunded. If you’ve booked the wrong treatment, don’t worry, it can be adjusted or swapped on the day. What’s Included This treatment includes hyaluronic acid dermal filler placed along the jawline to enhance structure, create definition, and sharpen the lower face. It’s ideal for clients looking to achieve a more sculpted, contoured side profile without surgery. How It Works Using advanced placement techniques, filler is strategically injected to mimic the appearance of natural bone structure. This helps create a clean jawline, reduce the appearance of jowls, and even lift the upper neck. The result is a slimmer-looking, more youthful and refined lower face, especially noticeable from the side and in photos. Products Used We use CE-marked, hyaluronic acid-based fillers such as Revolax or Nexfill, selected for their strength and ability to hold shape in areas that need structure. The product used is chosen on the day based on your anatomy and desired look. Does It Hurt? Numbing cream is applied before treatment, and most clients find it very manageable. You may feel light pressure or a small scratch, but the treatment is typically quick and comfortable. Downtime & Healing There may be some swelling, tenderness or mild bruising which usually settles within a few days. Most clients feel fine to return to their normal routine shortly after. Full aftercare will be discussed during your appointment. Results & Longevity Results are visible straight away and settle further over the following 1–2 weeks. Jaw filler typically lasts between 9–12 months, depending on your metabolism and the amount used. Sessions & Suitability This treatment is ideal for anyone with a weaker or less defined jawline. The amount of filler required depends on your natural bone position, 2ml may be enough for subtle structure, but if your mandible sits further back, more product may be needed to achieve the right projection. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
