Consultation & Flexibility As with all treatments at Ministry of Faces, your appointment begins with a full consultation. We’ll assess your facial structure, talk through your goals, and confirm that this treatment is right for you. If you change your mind, your deposit can be refunded. And if you book the wrong treatment, don’t worry. Our appointments are just a guide and can be adjusted on the day. What’s Included This package includes both Jaw Filler and Chin Filler, two of the most powerful treatments for lower face sculpting. Together, they work to enhance definition, improve proportions, and strengthen your side profile. The full package is £510, saving you £120 compared to booking these areas individually. How It Works Chin Filler helps to lengthen and project the chin forward, which can improve facial symmetry and reduce the appearance of an overbite or underbite. It’s particularly effective for balancing the profile and adding shape to a weak or recessed chin. Jaw Filler sculpts along the jawline, creating a sharper angle and more structured look. It’s ideal for softening jowls, slimming the lower face, and adding definition to the side profile. When done together, the chin and jawline create a seamless contour from the front and side. Products Used We use CE-marked, hyaluronic acid-based fillers from trusted brands like Revolax and Nexfill. Your practitioner will select the most suitable product based on your face shape and desired outcome. Pain & Downtime Numbing cream is applied before your appointment, and we use a needle to keep discomfort low and reduce bruising. Some swelling or tenderness is normal, particularly along the jawline, and typically settles within a few days. Results & Longevity You’ll see results immediately, with final settling over 1–2 weeks. Chin and jaw filler usually last between 9–18 months depending on your metabolism, the amount used, and lifestyle factors. Got Questions? Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
