Important — Please Read Before Booking Due to new legislation effective from June 2025, all clients must attend a face-to-face consultation with our nurse prescriber before receiving any Botox treatments. This is a legal requirement and applies even if you’ve had treatment with us before. To avoid being turned away, please make sure you book a ‘Botox Consultation’ first. This is a quick 10-minute clinic appointment to assess suitability and complete your prescription. Please save cosmetic questions for your treatment day, this consultation is for medical clearance only. Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment begins with a full consultation to assess your goals and check this is the right treatment. If you change your mind, your deposit can be refunded. If you’ve booked the wrong thing, it can be adjusted or swapped on the day. What’s Included This treatment involves Botox injections into the masseter muscles to slim the jawline, relieve tension, and soften the overall shape of the lower face. It helps with clenching, teeth grinding (bruxism), TMJ discomfort, and creates a more contoured, feminine appearance. How It Works The masseter is a powerful jaw muscle that can bulk up with overuse. By relaxing it with targeted injections, the muscle gradually reduces in size. This slims and softens the lower face, enhances your side profile, and creates a more V-shaped facial structure over time. Products Used We use a prescription-only anti-wrinkle product known for its safety, consistency, and long-lasting results. Dosage is personalised based on your muscle strength and treatment goals. Does It Hurt? Most clients find the treatment quick and easy. We use fine needles and numbing isn’t usually needed, just a few small pinches and it’s done within minutes. Downtime & Healing You may have mild swelling or tenderness at the injection sites, but this fades quickly. Bruising is rare. Most clients go straight back to their usual routine. Results & Longevity Facial slimming takes 4–6 weeks to fully develop as the muscle reduces. Results typically last 2–4 months and often longer with consistent treatments. Sessions & Suitability This is ideal for clients who want a slimmer, more contoured face, or are experiencing jaw tension, clenching, or TMJ symptoms. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
