Service Description

Consultation & Flexibility This appointment is for clients who have already had their jaw slimming (masseter) treatment and may need a small top-up to further relax the jaw muscle. Everyone responds slightly differently to muscle-relaxing injections, and it’s completely normal that the perfect dose may take more than one session. Your appointment will begin with a full consultation to assess how the treatment has settled. If you decide not to go ahead, your deposit can be refunded. If you’ve booked the wrong option, your appointment can be adjusted on the day. What’s Included This session is designed to refine and complete the results of your original jaw slimming treatment. If you’re still noticing strong movement or tension in the masseter area after your first session, this top-up allows us to administer a little more product to fully relax the muscle and enhance the slimming effect. It’s a normal part of the process and helps ensure long-lasting, symmetrical results. How It Works A small additional dose of anti-wrinkle product is carefully injected into the masseter muscles on one or both sides of the jaw. This further reduces the muscle’s activity, which over time leads to a softer, more tapered jawline and reduced clenching or tension. The top-up is usually minimal and based entirely on how your body has responded to the first session. Products Used We use prescription-only muscle relaxant injections (Botox) sourced from trusted UK pharmacies. These are administered by a qualified practitioner and only after a full face-to-face consultation and prescription by one of our prescribers. Does It Hurt? The treatment is very quick and well tolerated. You may feel a tiny scratch at the injection points, but most clients describe it as completely manageable. The top-up usually takes less than 5 minutes. Downtime & Healing There is no downtime with this treatment. You may feel a slight ache or tightness in the area for a few days as the muscle begins to relax again, but this is completely normal. Aftercare advice will be given in clinic. Results & Longevity This top-up helps complete your initial treatment and achieve optimal muscle relaxation. Results usually begin to show within 7–10 days and continue to improve over the following weeks. Once settled, results can last 3–4 months, with repeat treatments gradually extending longevity. Cancellation Policy

Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
