If you change your mind after this or decide to switch to a different treatment, your deposit can be refunded and your appointment can be adjusted on the day. What’s Included This treatment focuses on restoring volume and support in the jowl area, a common concern as we age. Jowls form when volume is lost around the jawline, skin begins to sag, and facial fat shifts downward. This can leave the lower face looking heavy, undefined, or tired. Jowl filler is ideal for lifting and reshaping this area, giving the jawline a more defined and youthful appearance. How It Works We use hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler to restore structure and contour along the lower face. The product is placed strategically to support areas of sagging and smooth out dips or heaviness in the jowls. This helps to sharpen the jawline, reduce shadowing, and subtly lift the lower face. In many cases, pairing jowl filler with chin or cheek filler creates the most balanced and lifted result, as these areas work together to support the face. Products Used We use CE-marked, hyaluronic acid fillers known for their ability to hold structure and blend naturally with your facial anatomy. Brands may include Revolax, or Nexfill, your practitioner will select the most suitable option on the day based on your goals. Does It Hurt? We apply strong numbing cream beforehand to make the treatment as comfortable as possible. Most clients describe only mild pressure or a slight sting. The procedure is quick, and any discomfort is minimal. Downtime & Healing You may experience slight swelling or bruising, especially if your skin is sensitive. These effects usually subside within a few days. We’ll provide full aftercare instructions to help with healing and reduce downtime. Results & Longevity You’ll see immediate improvement in jawline definition and lower face lift. Results continue to settle over 1–2 weeks and typically last 8–12 months. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
