Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment always starts with a full consultation to assess your face, discuss your concerns, and plan your treatment together. If you change your mind after the consultation, your deposit can be refunded. If you book the wrong treatment, that’s absolutely fine, bookings are just a guide and we can adjust everything on the day. What’s Included This package includes filler for the jowl area and marionette lines, designed to lift, contour, and soften the lower face. It’s ideal for anyone noticing a drop in definition along the jawline, or lines running from the corners of the mouth downwards. When booked together, this package costs £480, saving you £110 compared to booking each area separately. How It Works Jowl filler helps restore lost structure along the jawline. As we age, we naturally lose fat and collagen in the cheeks and jaw, causing heaviness and sagging around the lower face. Strategic placement of dermal filler can help smooth this transition and give a more defined, lifted appearance. Marionette lines (the folds that run from the corners of the mouth toward the chin) can create a sad or tired expression when they deepen over time. Filler in this area helps to lift the corners of the mouth and smooth out the lines, resulting in a softer, more rejuvenated lower face. Products Used We use CE-marked, hyaluronic acid-based fillers such as Revolax and Nexfill, selected based on your facial structure and how much lift or support is needed in each area. Pain & Downtime A strong numbing cream is applied before treatment and most clients find the procedure very manageable. Mild swelling or bruising can occasionally occur, particularly around the chin or jawline, but this usually settles within a few days. Results & Longevity You’ll see results immediately, with the full effect visible after 1–2 weeks as any swelling reduces. Filler in these areas typically lasts between 9–18 months, depending on your metabolism and the amount used. Got Questions? Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
