Consultation & Flexibility Every appointment starts with a full consultation so we can assess your facial proportions, understand your goals, and decide together whether Juvederm is the right choice for your cheek enhancement. If you decide not to go ahead, your deposit can be refunded. If you’ve booked the wrong area or option, your appointment can be adjusted or swapped on the day. What’s Included This treatment includes Juvederm cheek filler, a premium hyaluronic acid-based product ideal for adding structure, volume, and lift to the mid-face. Whether you’re after a subtle contour or a more sculpted result, Juvederm is known for its smooth, natural finish and excellent longevity, helping you achieve a refreshed, more lifted appearance. How It Works Juvederm is injected into the upper cheek area using advanced placement techniques to subtly lift and contour the mid-face. This not only enhances cheekbone definition but also improves overall facial balance. By restoring volume in the cheeks, we can also reduce the appearance of shadows or hollowness beneath the eyes, and soften nasolabial folds for a more youthful look. Products Used We use CE-marked Juvederm products sourced from trusted UK pharmacies, typically Juvederm Voluma, which is specifically formulated for mid-face structure and volume. While our regular filler also gives beautiful results, Juvederm tends to last longer, with many clients enjoying results for 12–18 months. This can make it a cost-effective choice for those wanting longer gaps between top-ups, or those looking for a little more structure and support. Does It Hurt? Juvederm contains lidocaine to reduce discomfort during treatment, and we apply a strong numbing cream beforehand. Most clients find it very manageable, the sensation is usually just mild pressure. Downtime & Healing You may experience some swelling, tenderness, or slight bruising around the injection site, especially if you’re having more structured shaping. This usually settles in a few days. Full aftercare will be given to support healing and maintain results. Results & Longevity Results are visible immediately, with the cheeks looking more lifted, defined, and balanced. Juvederm cheek filler typically lasts 12–18 months, depending on your metabolism, lifestyle, and how much product is used. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
