Consultation & Flexibility Every appointment starts with a full consultation so we can assess your natural lip shape, listen to your goals, and decide together whether Juvederm is the best option for the look you’re after. If you change your mind or decide not to go ahead, your deposit can be refunded. If you’ve booked the wrong option, your appointment can be swapped or adjusted on the day. What’s Included This treatment includes Juvederm lip filler, a premium hyaluronic acid-based product known for its soft, smooth texture and exceptional longevity. Whether you’re looking to softly build volume, define the lip border, correct asymmetry, or simply enhance your natural shape, Juvederm gives beautifully hydrated and structured results. How It Works Juvederm is injected into the lips using advanced placement techniques that allow us to shape, define, and volumise with precision. The filler’s smooth consistency makes it perfect for creating soft, plush lips while still holding structure. It contains lidocaine to help reduce discomfort during the process. Products Used We use CE-marked Juvederm products sourced from trusted UK pharmacies. Juvederm is one of the most recognised and trusted filler brands in the world, often chosen for lip filler because of how well it integrates into the tissue while still holding its shape. It’s a more premium option compared to standard fillers, not because the results are necessarily better, but because the results often last longer, sometimes up to 18 months depending on your metabolism and lifestyle. This can make it a more cost-effective option in the long run for those who want fewer top-ups. Does It Hurt? All Juvederm products include lidocaine to reduce discomfort during treatment. We also apply a strong numbing cream beforehand to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Most clients describe the sensation as mild pressure or pinching. Downtime & Healing Mild swelling, redness or tenderness is common for the first few days. You may experience some bruising, which usually settles within a week. Full aftercare will be given in clinic to help your lips heal beautifully. Results & Longevity You’ll see an immediate difference, with lips looking more defined and hydrated. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
