Consultation & Flexibility Every appointment starts with a full consultation so we can assess your facial structure, understand your concerns, and decide together whether Juvederm is the best option for softening the lines around the mouth. If you decide not to go ahead, your deposit can be refunded. If you’ve booked the wrong area or option, your appointment can be adjusted or swapped on the day. What’s Included This treatment includes Juvederm filler to the nasolabial folds, the natural lines that run from the sides of the nose down to the corners of the mouth. These folds often become more prominent over time as facial volume decreases and soft tissue shifts with age. Juvederm gently restores volume beneath the skin, softening these lines for a smoother, more refreshed appearance. How It Works Juvederm is injected beneath the surface of the skin to lift and support the area, reducing the depth of nasolabial folds while still allowing full movement and natural expression. This helps rebalance the mid-to-lower face and restore youthful structure, especially when the volume loss in the cheeks begins to pull the skin downward. For deeper folds, a slightly higher amount of filler may be needed for best results. Products Used We use CE-marked Juvederm products sourced from trusted UK pharmacies, typically Juvederm Ultra or Volift, depending on the level of support and softness needed. Juvederm is a premium hyaluronic acid-based filler known for its smooth integration and long-lasting finish. While our regular filler also delivers beautiful results, Juvederm typically lasts 12–18 months, which can make it a cost-effective option for clients wanting fewer top-ups. Does It Hurt? Juvederm includes lidocaine to reduce discomfort, and a numbing cream can be applied beforehand to keep you comfortable. Most clients describe the sensation as a mild pressure or pinch. Downtime & Healing Mild swelling, redness or bruising around the mouth area is normal and typically settles within a few days. Aftercare will be provided in clinic to support healing and ensure optimal results. Results & Longevity Results are visible straight away, with lines appearing softened and the lower face looking more lifted and refreshed. Juvederm in this area typically lasts around 12–18 months, depending on your metabolism and lifestyle. Got Questions? Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
