Consultation & Flexibility This appointment is for clients who want to come in and chat about Lip Blush before committing to the full treatment. We’ll assess your natural lip shape and tone, go through your goals, answer any questions you may have, and talk you through shade options, healing time and what to expect. What’s Included Lip blush is a semi-permanent tattoo treatment that gives the lips a soft tint of colour and a more defined, symmetrical shape. This consultation is your opportunity to discuss the style and result you’re after, whether that’s something subtle and natural or a little more noticeable. We’ll talk you through pigment selection, shape preferences, and make sure you’re completely comfortable and happy before booking in for the procedure itself. Important Notes This appointment is for a consultation only, no treatment will be carried out during this slot. If you’d prefer to have your consultation and treatment on the same day, please book under “Lip Blush” instead. All treatment bookings include a full consultation at the beginning of your session, so there’s no need to book twice. Deposit Info The consultation fee is taken as a deposit and will be deducted from your treatment total if you go ahead in future. Sessions & Suitability This consultation is ideal if you’re curious about lip blush, unsure what colour or shape would suit you, or simply want to meet your practitioner before going ahead. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
