Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment starts with a full consultation to assess your natural lip structure, discuss your goals, and make sure 1ml is the right amount for you. We’ll explain the process step by step and answer any questions you have. If you change your mind after the consultation, your deposit is refundable and we can adjust your treatment on the day if needed. What’s Included This treatment includes 1ml of premium filler using our signature lip technique. It’s our most popular lip treatment, ideal for clients who want a noticeable yet natural enhancement, whether it’s your first time or you’re looking to build on previous filler. How It Works Using advanced placement techniques, we carefully inject the filler to enhance volume, improve shape, and correct asymmetry while maintaining softness and natural movement. 1ml is perfect for boosting fullness, lifting the lip line, and creating a more defined pout, all while keeping the lips proportionate to the rest of your face. Products Used We use CE-marked, hyaluronic acid-based fillers from trusted brands such as Revolax and Nexfill. The specific product is chosen on the day depending on your lip anatomy, previous filler (if any), and desired result. Does It Hurt? A strong numbing cream is applied beforehand to ensure the process is comfortable. You may feel a slight pinch or pressure during injection, but most clients find the experience quick and manageable. Downtime & Healing Some swelling is expected, especially in the first 24–48 hours. Mild bruising or tenderness is also common, particularly for first-time clients. The final result will settle within 1–2 weeks as the filler integrates naturally into the lips. Results & Longevity Results are immediate and continue to settle into a soft, pillowy finish. Most clients enjoy their results for 6–12 months depending on lifestyle, metabolism and how often they have filler. Top-ups can be done once the results begin to fade to maintain volume and hydration. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
