Service Description
Important – Botox Consultation Due to new legislation effective from June 2025, all clients must attend a face-to-face consultation with our nurse prescriber before having any botox treatments. This is now a legal requirement, even if you’ve had the treatment with us before. To avoid being turned away on the day, please make sure to book a separate ‘Botox Consultation’ first. This is a quick 10-minute appointment at the clinic to check medical suitability and issue your prescription. Please note that this consultation is medical only, you’ll have time to ask cosmetic questions during your main appointment. Consultation & Flexibility Every appointment includes a full cosmetic consultation at the beginning, where we’ll go through your concerns and make sure this is the right treatment for you. If you decide not to go ahead after this consultation, your deposit can be refunded. And if you’ve booked the wrong thing, don’t stress, our appointments are just guides and can be adapted on the day. What’s Included This package includes up to 1ml of Lip Filler and a Brow Lift. Together, these treatments are perfect for giving the face a fresher, more lifted look, while enhancing the lips with volume and shape. Separately, the treatments come to £470, but this package is just £420, saving you £50. How It Works The Brow Lift works by relaxing the muscles around the eyes to subtly lift the eyebrows and open up the eye area. It’s particularly loved by clients with hooding or heaviness above the eyes. Lip filler enhances your natural lip shape, improves symmetry, and adds volume while keeping the look soft and proportionate. Products Used We use CE-marked, hyaluronic acid-based fillers from brands like Revolax, and Nexfill. Anti-wrinkle injections are prescribed and administered by a trained medical professional. Pain & Downtime Your lips will be numbed before treatment, and the injections are done gently. You may experience swelling or light bruising in the lips for a few days. The Brow Lift is very comfortable and has no downtime. Results & Longevity Lip filler results are immediate and typically last 6–12 months. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
