Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment starts with a full consultation to talk through your goals and ensure this is the right treatment for you. If you change your mind after the consultation, your deposit can be refunded. Don’t worry if you book the wrong thing too as your treatments can always be adjusted or swapped on the day. What’s Included This package includes 1ml of either Signature Lip Filler or Russian Lip Filler, plus a full Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty. It’s one of our most popular combinations for reshaping the profile and softening key facial features, loved by clients across the world. How It Works Lip filler can restore softness and shape, correct asymmetry, or add subtle volume. We always respect the natural anatomy of your lips and aim for a result that enhances your existing features. Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses precise filler placement to smooth bumps, lift the nasal tip, and improve symmetry, without surgery or downtime. Products Used We use CE-marked, hyaluronic acid-based fillers from trusted brands such as Revolax, and Nexfill. The right product is chosen on the day depending on your anatomy and the specific result you’re aiming for. Does It Hurt? Most clients find both treatments very manageable. We apply strong numbing cream beforehand, and for the nose, we use a technique that minimises discomfort. A slight pinch or pressure is normal, but treatment is quick and gentle. Downtime & Healing You may experience some swelling, redness, or light bruising, particularly in the lips. These effects usually settle within a few days. The nose area may feel slightly tender but has little to no visible downtime. Results & Longevity Results are visible immediately and continue to settle over the next 1–2 weeks. Lip filler tends to last around 6–12 months, while non-surgical rhinoplasty results can last up to 8–18 months depending on the individual. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
