Consultation & Flexibility Every appointment starts with a full consultation so we can assess your face, answer any questions, and make sure the treatment plan is right for you. If you change your mind after this, your deposit can be refunded. Don’t worry if you’ve booked the wrong thing as our bookings are just guides and we can always adjust your treatments on the day. What’s Included This package includes up to 1ml of either Lip Filler or Russian Lip Filler, alongside Tear Trough Filler to brighten and smooth the under-eye area. It’s ideal for anyone looking to restore lost volume and enhance their overall facial appearance in a natural, subtle way. How It Works Tear Trough Filler targets the hollows, fine lines and shadows that often appear beneath the eyes as we age. By carefully injecting hyaluronic acid filler into this area, we can restore volume, soften dark circles, and reduce that tired appearance. Lip filler, on the other hand, enhances the shape, symmetry, and fullness of your lips, whether you’re after a subtle boost or a little more definition. Products Used We use CE-marked, hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers including Teoxane, Nexfill and Revolax. The exact product and placement technique are chosen by your practitioner on the day to best suit your features and desired results. Does It Hurt? You’ll be numbed with a strong anaesthetic cream beforehand, so pain is very minimal. Tear Trough filler is done using a cannula to reduce discomfort and avoid bruising, and lip filler is performed gently with your comfort in mind throughout. Downtime & Healing Lips may swell after treatment, which is completely normal and typically settles within a few days. Tear Troughs, on the other hand, show visible results straight away with very minimal swelling or bruising. Results & Longevity Results are visible immediately and become more refined as swelling reduces. Tear Trough Filler typically lasts 9–12 months, while Lip Filler lasts around 6–12 months depending on the individual. Sessions & Suitability Whether it’s your first time or you’re topping up previous filler, this package is suitable for most clients looking to refresh and subtly enhance the lip or under eye areas. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
