Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment always begins with a full consultation, where we assess your facial structure, answer any questions, and ensure the treatment plan is right for you. If you change your mind, your deposit can be refunded. And don’t worry if you book the wrong thing, our bookings are just a guide and can be swapped on the day. What’s Included This package includes three of our most popular profile-enhancing treatments: Lip Filler, Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty and Chin Filler. Together, they work in harmony to define and balance the key features of your side profile. The total price is £510, saving you £140 compared to booking each area individually. How It Works Chin filler is one of the biggest game-changers for the lower face. If the chin sits too far back, the whole profile can appear softer or less defined. By adding projection and structure with dermal filler, we create a more balanced and sculpted jawline and side view. Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses small, precise filler placements to smooth bumps, improve symmetry and give the nose a more lifted, refined appearance. This treatment offers immediate results with very minimal downtime, making it one of our most popular services. Lip filler brings the full look together, adding volume, shape and hydration based on your natural anatomy and personal goals. Whether you’re after a subtle refresh or more noticeable enhancement, your practitioner will guide you through what will suit you best. Products Used We use CE-marked, hyaluronic acid-based fillers from trusted brands such as Revolax, Teoxane and Nexfill. Your practitioner will select the best product and placement technique on the day based on your facial structure. Pain & Downtime Numbing cream is applied beforehand, and the injections are done with care to keep discomfort minimal. Swelling and mild bruising may occur, mostly in the lips or nose, and typically settles in a few days. Results & Longevity You’ll see results straight away, with full settling over 1–2 weeks. Chin and nose filler tend to last 9–18 months, while lip filler usually lasts 6–12 months depending on your metabolism. Got Questions? Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
