Service Description
Eligibility Notice – Please Read Before Booking This booking is for clients who have already had their Lip Filler Dissolve + Refill Package and are now ready to return for their refill session. You must have completed your dissolving treatment with us first. This refill is included in your package, no further payment is needed at this stage. If you haven’t yet had your dissolve session, please book this first. Refill appointments are only available after a minimum of two weeks has passed, to allow the area to fully settle and recover. Consultation & Flexibility Before your refill, we’ll review your lips post-dissolve, check that all product has cleared, and discuss your new filler goals. If we feel additional dissolving is still needed, we may recommend postponing the refill. What’s Included This treatment includes 1ml of premium hyaluronic acid filler to restore volume, shape, and hydration to the lips following a full dissolve. It’s your opportunity to start fresh with a clean canvas and a more precise, natural-looking result. How It Works After dissolving, lips often feel softer and deflated. During this refill session, we’ll use precise filler placement to rebuild symmetry, redefine borders, and add volume where needed, without overfilling. This approach gives better shape, longevity, and a cleaner result than layering new filler over old product. Products Used We use CE-marked fillers such as Revolax and Nexfill, chosen on the day based on your anatomy and desired outcome. A full consultation is always included before we begin. Does It Hurt? A strong numbing cream is applied before treatment. Most clients find it very manageable, with only slight pressure or pinching during injection. Downtime & Healing You may experience some swelling or light bruising, which usually settles within a few days. Results continue to refine over the first 1–2 weeks. Results & Longevity Your new filler will feel fresher, sit more naturally, and last longer than filler applied over product that hasn’t been fully cleared. Results typically last 6–12 months depending on your metabolism and lifestyle. Sessions & Suitability This refill session is only for clients booked under the dissolve + refill package. It’s your final step in the process and the start of your new lip journey.
Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
