We’ll discuss your goals and confirm whether this is the right option. If you decide not to go ahead, your deposit is refundable. Treatments can also be adjusted or swapped on the day if needed. What’s Included This treatment includes a full session of Seventy Hyal injected into the lips, ideal for clients who aren’t ready for filler but want smoother, softer, more hydrated lips. It works as an injectable skin booster, drawing moisture into the tissue and improving the look and feel of the lips from the inside out. How It Works Seventy Hyal is a bio-stimulating hyaluronic acid treatment that improves skin hydration and elasticity. When placed into the lips, it doesn’t add the same structure or volume as traditional filler, instead, it hydrates, smooths, and gives a subtle plumpness. It’s particularly effective for dry, chapped, or ageing lips, helping them look fresher and more youthful without any obvious change in shape. Products Used We use Seventy Hyal which is an injectable skin booster that’s clinically proven to improve skin texture and hydration. It works well for the lips, especially when the goal is moisture and soft definition rather than enhanced volume. Does It Hurt? We apply numbing cream beforehand to keep the treatment comfortable. The product is injected with a fine needle, and most clients describe it as a mild scratch. Downtime & Healing There may be some mild swelling, redness or tiny bumps at the injection points, but these usually settle within 24–48 hours. Results & Longevity Results begin to show within a few days as the lips absorb more moisture. You’ll notice a smoother, softer appearance and subtle plumping without any drastic change to your lip shape. Results typically last up to 2 months, with top-ups recommended every few months to maintain hydration. Sessions & Suitability This treatment is ideal for clients with dry or chapped lips, more mature lips, or anyone unsure about committing to traditional filler. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
