Consultation & Flexibility Every appointment starts with a full consultation to assess your features and make sure this is the right treatment for your goals. If you change your mind after your consultation, your deposit can be refunded. If you book the wrong thing, we can always adjust or swap it on the day. What’s Included This treatment includes hyaluronic acid dermal filler placed along the jawline to improve structure, definition, and shape. It’s designed to enhance typically masculine features, creating a stronger, more chiselled jawline with a sharper side profile. How It Works By mimicking the shape of the natural bone, filler is strategically injected along the jawline to build out areas lacking volume or shape. This creates a cleaner edge to the lower face, enhances definition in photos and profile, and helps reduce the appearance of jowls. In some cases, it can also lift the upper neck by restoring lost structure and support in the lower face. Products Used We use CE-marked hyaluronic acid fillers such as Revolax or Nexfill, selected for their ability to hold shape and add structure where needed. The exact product is chosen on the day based on your anatomy and how defined you want the result to be. Does It Hurt? We apply numbing cream before treatment, and the procedure is generally very manageable. You may feel light pressure or a pinch, but most clients find it quick and tolerable with minimal discomfort. Downtime & Healing Mild swelling or bruising is possible but usually settles within a few days. The jawline may feel slightly firm or tender to begin with, but this settles as the filler integrates. You’ll be given full aftercare advice before you leave the clinic. Results & Longevity You’ll see immediate results, with final shape settling over 1–2 weeks. This treatment is long-lasting, with results typically lasting 9–12 months depending on the individual and lifestyle factors. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
