Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment begins with a full consultation where we assess your face, talk through your concerns, and confirm if marionette line filler is the best option for you. If you decide to switch treatments on the day, your deposit can always be transferred. What’s Included This treatment targets the creases that run from the corners of the mouth down to the chin, also known as marionette lines. These lines often appear more pronounced with age, collagen loss, or weight loss, and can give the face a sad or tired appearance due to the downward pull they create. By restoring volume in this area using hyaluronic acid filler, we can support the lower face, reduce the appearance of deep folds, and subtly lift the corners of the mouth, leaving you looking more refreshed, structured and uplifted. How It Works Filler is placed directly into or around the marionette lines to add volume, support the tissues, and smooth the creases. If the lines are deep-set, a slightly higher amount of product may be required for best results. Your practitioner will assess this during your consultation. For more comprehensive rejuvenation, this treatment is often combined with nasolabial fold filler, as the two areas work closely together in the way they frame and support the lower face. Products Used We use CE-marked hyaluronic acid fillers such as Revolax, or Nexfill, chosen for their safety, longevity, and ability to integrate naturally with your skin. Your practitioner will select the most suitable product based on your face and goals. Does It Hurt? Discomfort is very minimal. Numbing cream is applied beforehand, and the filler itself contains anaesthetic to keep you comfortable throughout the treatment. Downtime & Healing You may notice a little swelling or bruising in the area, but this typically settles within a few days. You’ll be given full aftercare guidance at your appointment. Results & Longevity Results are visible immediately and improve over 1–2 weeks as the filler settles. You can expect results to last around 8–12 months, depending on movement and lifestyle. Sessions & Suitability This treatment is ideal for anyone with moderate to deep marionette lines. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
