Important Notice - Please Read Before Booking Due to new legislation effective from June 2025, all clients must attend a face-to-face consultation with our nurse prescriber before receiving any Botox treatments. This is a legal requirement and applies even if you’ve had treatment with us before. To avoid being turned away on the day, please make sure you book a ‘Botox Consultation’ first. This is a quick 10-minute appointment at the clinic where we’ll assess your suitability and complete your prescription. Please save any cosmetic questions for your practitioner on the day. This consultation is to assess medical suitability only. Once prescribed, you’ll then be able to book in for treatment. Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment begins with a full cosmetic consultation to talk through your concerns and check this is the right treatment for you. If you change your mind, your deposit can be refunded. Booked the wrong thing? Don’t worry, we can adjust it on the day. What’s Included This subtle tweak is ideal for anyone who finds their nose dips or droops when they smile. Using Botox injections, we relax the muscle responsible for pulling the nose tip downward, giving a more lifted and refined appearance. How It Works A small amount of botulinum toxin is injected into the depressor septi nasi, the muscle at the base of the nose. By softening its movement, we prevent it from pulling the nose down during expression, creating a straighter or slightly upturned tip. Products Used We only use prescription-strength Botox products from trusted, regulated brands. The specific product will be chosen by your prescriber and matched to your needs and facial structure. Does It Hurt? The procedure takes seconds and is generally very comfortable. We use a fine needle and can offer numbing if needed. You may feel a light pinch or pressure. Downtime & Healing Downtime is minimal. Most people go straight back to daily life with little more than mild redness that fades within hours. Results & Longevity Results begin to show in 3–5 days, with full effect at 2 weeks. Expect results to last around 2–4 months. Suitability Perfect for clients who want to improve nasal tip position during expression, without surgery or filler. Can also be paired with non-surgical rhinoplasty for enhanced profile correction.
Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
