Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment begins with a full consultation so we can assess your facial structure, understand your goals, and confirm if this is the right treatment for you. If you decide to go for something else on the day, your deposit can be transferred no problem at all. What’s Included This treatment is designed to soften the nasolabial folds, the lines that run from the nose to the corners of the mouth. These creases can deepen over time due to ageing, volume loss, and the natural descent of fat pads in the face. By placing hyaluronic acid filler into this area, we can restore volume, reduce shadowing, and give the lower face a more refreshed, lifted appearance. It’s especially effective if you’re concerned about looking tired or drawn around the mouth. How It Works Filler is placed precisely into the folds (or surrounding areas) to gently lift and support the skin. This softens the appearance of the crease without freezing expression or looking overdone. In some cases, we may also recommend treating the cheeks to lift the midface and take pressure off the fold, your practitioner will guide you on this during your consultation. Products Used We use CE-marked hyaluronic acid fillers such as Revolax, or Nexfill, selected based on the depth of the fold and the support needed. Does It Hurt? Discomfort is minimal. Numbing cream is applied beforehand, and the filler contains lidocaine (numbing agent) to keep things comfortable throughout. Downtime & Healing You might notice mild swelling or a small bruise after treatment, but this usually settles within a few days. Aftercare advice will be provided to support healing. Results & Longevity Results are visible straight away and continue to improve over 1–2 weeks as the filler settles. Most clients enjoy results for 8–12 months, depending on lifestyle and metabolism. Sessions & Suitability This treatment is best suited to clients with moderate to deeper folds. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
