*Please check the time between your ORIGINAL non surgical rhinoplasty and your top up appointment and book the correct time frame* Consultation & Flexibility Please make sure you’re booking this between 2 to 4 months after your original non-surgical rhinoplasty. If it’s been longer than 4 months, you’ll need to book the next top-up option instead. Every appointment includes a full consultation where your practitioner will assess how your nose has settled, check for symmetry or filler breakdown, and confirm if a top-up is suitable. If you decide not to go ahead, your deposit can be refunded. If you’ve booked the wrong option, your appointment can be adjusted or swapped on the day. What’s Included This appointment is ideal if your filler is beginning to wear off slightly or you’re noticing changes in shape, projection, or lift. It’s designed to refresh and rebuild your result, especially if you’re maintaining your nose filler over time. We’ll reassess your profile and treat accordingly using additional filler if required. How It Works Hyaluronic acid filler is carefully re-injected into areas of the nose that have softened or lost volume since your first session. This helps restore shape, structure, and definition while building on your original result. It’s a subtle enhancement, designed to keep everything looking refined and consistent. Products Used We’ll use the same CE-marked hyaluronic acid filler as your original treatment unless discussed otherwise. We only use premium products that have been chosen for their natural finish and strong safety profile. Does It Hurt? The procedure is quick and usually more comfortable than your initial appointment. A numbing agent can be applied beforehand, and most clients find any pressure or sensitivity very manageable. Downtime & Healing You may notice slight swelling, tenderness, or redness for 1–3 days, but most clients return to normal activities almost immediately. We’ll provide full aftercare instructions to support your healing and help you get the best result. Results & Longevity This top-up helps rebuild and extend your result as filler naturally breaks down over time. With ongoing maintenance, many clients find their results last longer between appointments and continue to improve in shape and stability. Got Questions? Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
