Consultation & Flexibility Please make sure you’re booking this within 8 weeks of your original non-surgical rhinoplasty, anything beyond that will need a different top-up option. Every appointment includes a full consultation where your practitioner will assess how your nose has settled, check for symmetry, and confirm if a top-up is needed. If you decide not to go ahead, your deposit can be refunded. If you’ve booked the wrong option, your appointment can be adjusted or swapped on the day. What’s Included This session is designed for small refinements following your first non-surgical rhinoplasty. If you’ve experienced slight product movement, reduced lift, or just feel like you’d benefit from a small tweak to enhance or maintain your results, this is the right option for you. We’ll reassess your profile and treat accordingly using additional filler if needed. How It Works Using precise injection techniques, small amounts of hyaluronic acid filler are placed in key points of the nose to further lift the tip, smooth out any unevenness, or sharpen the side profile. Top-ups are subtle by nature and aim to perfect what was already achieved during the initial appointment. Products Used We’ll use the same CE-marked, hyaluronic acid filler used during your original appointment unless otherwise discussed. We only work with premium, trusted products known for their longevity and natural-looking finish. Does It Hurt? Most clients find top-ups more comfortable than their first session. A numbing agent can be applied, and the procedure typically takes less than 15 minutes. You may feel a mild pressure or pinch, but discomfort is minimal. Downtime & Healing You may experience mild swelling or tenderness for 1–3 days, but most clients return to normal activities straight away. Any redness at the injection site will usually settle within a few hours. Full aftercare is provided in clinic. Results & Longevity Top-ups help extend and refine your original result. While every nose is different, regular maintenance can build a longer-lasting shape over time and reduce the need for future filler. Got Questions? Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
