Non Surgical Rhinoplasty 4 Month+ Top Up

Service Description

Consultation & Flexibility Please make sure you’re booking this only if it’s been more than 4 months since your original non-surgical rhinoplasty. At this stage, your previous filler may have worn down or broken down enough to require a more substantial top-up. Every appointment includes a full consultation where your practitioner will reassess your nose, talk through your goals, and confirm if more product is needed to restore your result. If you decide not to go ahead, your deposit can be refunded. If you’ve booked the wrong option, your appointment can be adjusted or swapped on the day. What’s Included This session is ideal if your result has faded or returned close to baseline, and you’re looking to rebuild the structure, shape, or projection achieved during your original treatment. This appointment allows for a higher amount of product and focuses more on restoring definition rather than a small tweak. How It Works We’ll carefully inject hyaluronic acid filler into the key areas of the nose that need rebuilding, whether that’s smoothing the bridge, refining the side profile, or lifting the tip. This session works similarly to a first-time rhinoplasty but builds on the residual structure from your previous filler if any remains. Products Used We use premium CE-marked, hyaluronic acid-based fillers known for their longevity, structure, and natural finish. Your practitioner will discuss which option is best based on your goals and the condition of your nose at the time of review. Does It Hurt? The procedure is very manageable, and most clients find it more comfortable than their first session. A numbing agent can be applied beforehand to minimise discomfort, and the treatment is typically complete within 15 minutes. Downtime & Healing You may experience some swelling, redness or tenderness for a few days, especially if more product is used, but this generally settles quickly. Aftercare advice will be given in clinic to support healing and optimise your results. Results & Longevity This treatment helps rebuild the structure and definition achieved in your original session. With consistent maintenance, results tend to last longer over time and require less frequent top-ups in future. Got Questions? If you’re unsure whether this is the right option or you’re in between timeframes, just send us a message and we’ll be happy to guide you.
