Eligibility Notice – Please Read Before Booking This appointment is for clients who have already had their non-surgical rhinoplasty treatment with us and are now returning for a top-up after more than 4 months since their last session. If it’s been less than 4 months, you may be eligible for our lower-cost 2–4 month top-up, please check with the team before booking to ensure you’re choosing the right option. Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment begins with a full consultation where we’ll assess how your previous filler has settled, how much volume remains, and what results you’re hoping to maintain or build on. What’s Included This session includes a fresh top-up of high-quality dermal filler, specifically placed to enhance, refresh, or maintain the results of your previous non-surgical rhinoplasty. Whether your filler has faded or you’re ready to refine your results further, we’ll build on your existing base safely and precisely. How It Works Filler is injected using micro-precision techniques to re-lift the nasal tip, smooth areas that may have faded, or sharpen the bridge and side profile. We’ll only add what’s needed to maintain symmetry and structure, while preserving a natural look. Products Used We use the same CE-marked, premium hyaluronic acid fillers (such as Revolax or Nexfill) used in your original treatment. The most appropriate product will be selected based on your anatomy and what remains from your last session. Does It Hurt? A numbing cream is applied before treatment, and we use ultra-fine needles to minimise discomfort. Most clients find this top-up session even quicker and more comfortable than the first. Downtime & Healing Expect similar recovery to your initial treatment, slight redness, pressure or swelling is normal and usually resolves within 24–48 hours. Bruising is rare but can occasionally occur. Results & Longevity Top-up results are visible immediately and last around 9–12 months, depending on how long your previous filler held and how your body metabolises it. Some clients find their results last even longer after a second build-up session. Sessions & Suitability This appointment is exclusively for returning Ministry of Faces clients, at least 4 months post-treatment. If you’re unsure of your timeline or previous treatment date, just drop us a message and we’ll double check for you.
Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
