Important – Anti-Wrinkle Consultation Due to new legislation from June 2025, all clients must attend an in-person consultation with our nurse prescriber before any anti-wrinkle treatment. This is a legal requirement ,even if you’ve had it before. Please make sure to book a separate ‘Botox Consultation’ first. It’s a 10-minute appointment to check medical suitability and issue your prescription. Cosmetic advice will be given during your main treatment appointment. Consultation & Flexibility As with all our appointments, your session begins with a full consultation. This gives us time to assess your facial structure, go through your goals, and make sure the treatment plan is right for you. If you change your mind, your deposit can be refunded. If you book the wrong treatment, don’t worry, it can be adjusted on the day. What’s Included This combination package includes 3 areas of anti-wrinkle injections and our non-surgical rhinoplasty. It’s a popular pairing for smoothing expression lines and enhancing your side profile all in one visit. Booked separately, these treatments would cost £550. As a package, the total is £490, saving you £60. How It Works Anti-wrinkle injections work by relaxing specific facial muscles to reduce lines and prevent deeper creasing. Common areas include the forehead, frown lines, and crow’s feet, but your practitioner will advise which areas are best based on your facial movement and goals. Non-surgical rhinoplasty involves placing dermal filler along the bridge and tip of the nose to smooth out bumps, lift the tip, and create a more refined, symmetrical side profile. It’s an instant, non-invasive alternative to surgery with very little downtime. Products Used We use prescription-only anti-wrinkle toxin for all wrinkle reduction treatments, and CE-marked hyaluronic acid filler for the nose, from trusted brands like Revolax. Your practitioner will choose the best product and technique for your features. Pain & Downtime Anti-wrinkle injections are quick and well-tolerated, with only minor pinpricks and no downtime. Non-surgical rhinoplasty may cause mild tenderness or bruising for a few days, but most clients continue daily life straight after. Results & Longevity Anti-wrinkle results start to show within a few days and last 2–4 months. Nose filler results are visible immediately and usually last 9–12 months. Got Questions? Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
