Consultation & Flexibility Your appointment starts with a full consultation to assess your skin, understand your goals, and confirm whether polyneedling is right for you. We’ll also choose the most suitable polynucleotide product based on your concerns and budget. If you decide not to go ahead, your deposit is refundable. Treatments can also be adjusted or swapped on the day. What’s Included This treatment combines advanced microneedling with polynucleotides — a powerful regenerative approach to skin rejuvenation. Using a precision microneedling device, tiny channels are created in the skin to deliver polynucleotides deep into the tissue. We use premium, DNA-based polynucleotide products such as Plinest, Nucleofill, Ameela and more. This treatment helps to repair the skin at a cellular level, improve hydration, refine texture, and restore a smoother, tighter, more radiant appearance. Especially effective for under-eyes, acne scarring, fine lines, dullness, enlarged pores, and crepey skin. How It Works Polyneedling combines two powerful treatments in one. Microneedling stimulates your skin’s natural healing response by triggering collagen and elastin production, while polynucleotides enhance this process by supporting cell regeneration and repair. Together, they work to improve skin quality from within, boosting hydration, strengthening the skin barrier, and promoting long-term rejuvenation. The result is firmer, clearer, and more luminous skin over time. Products Used We use CE-marked polynucleotides including Plinest, Newest, Nucleofill, Vitaran, Illuma Luna and Ameela. The most suitable option will be selected during your consultation based on your skin type and goals. Does It Hurt? A strong numbing cream is applied before treatment to keep you comfortable. You may feel a mild vibrating or scratching sensation during the microneedling process, but most clients find it very tolerable. Downtime & Healing You can expect some redness, similar to mild sunburn, immediately after treatment. This usually settles within 24–48 hours. Slight dryness or tightness may follow as the skin heals and renews. Results & Longevity Results develop gradually as your skin regenerates. A course of 3 treatments is recommended for best results. Skin appears smoother, brighter, more even in tone, and firmer. Maintenance treatments every few months will help sustain results.
Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
